How well do you know your captain? This summer in Grandson, during our camps, we asked the team how well they really know their captain.
During the summer training, we asked Antonis Tsotras how well he knows his captain, Emilios Papathanasiou. The answers weren’t bad at all, Antonis raced as a crew with Emilios in the Star Class, and together they competed at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Emilios Papathanasiou is a five-time Olympian, multiple World Championship medalist, and European Champion in both the Finn and Star classes. Emilios was one of the most recognized sailors worldwide throughout the 1990s and 2000s.
