Last Saturday, we concluded the second stage of the European Qualifiers. Just a few days later, more teams have arrived in Switzerland to continue their preparations for the SSL Gold Cup Finals in Rio de Janeiro.
This week, we are pleased to welcome SSL Team Malaysia, led by Khairulnizam Mohd Afendy. The Malaysian team has already secured its place in the Finals through the SSL Ranking. As a reminder, the team also competed at the 2025 SEA Games in Pattaya, where they claimed an impressive second place.
Joining them is SSL Team Colombia, a familiar face at Lake Neuchâtel. This is not their first training camp in Grandson, and they know the venue very well. Like Malaysia, Colombia has also qualified for the SSL Gold Cup Finals through the SSL Ranking.
Both teams will continue their training sessions on Lake Neuchâtel until the end of the week as they fine-tune their preparations for the biggest event of the season.
