Elena Oetling is an ILCA 6 mexican sailor who represented Mexico at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. She has sailed in Optimist and ILCA 6 representing Mexico in multiple international events such as Panamerican Games, World Championships, World Cups and many other events. Elena was Central American Games champion in 2018 and has been National Champion several times.
