Dzung Le has experienced years of sailing younger in regatta in Malaysia and Thailanf, winning the Raja Muda Regatta in 1999. After years living in Vietnam. Dzung initiated the sailing activity and community in Halong Bay. Organized the first ever regatta in Vietnam and currently growing the community, taking steps to take Vietnamese sailor to international scene.
